Mode of action

Rizospray Cleaner Advance uses a comprehensive triple-action cleaning system to remove residues and protect spray equipment from contamination.

Descaling Action

Removes mineral deposits and scale buildup from tanks, lines, filters, and spray components, helping maintain equipment performance and efficiency.

Solubilizing Action

Breaks down complex pesticide and herbicide residues, facilitating their removal from internal equipment surfaces and hard-to-clean areas.

Active Ingredient Deactivation

Neutralizes residual active ingredients remaining in the sprayer, minimizing the risk of cross-contamination and crop injury in subsequent applications.

This three-step process provides a thorough professional cleaning solution that improves equipment reliability, reduces contamination risks, and prolongs the operational life of spray systems.

Extremo is a high-performance adjuvant formulated to enhance the effectiveness of crop protection applications under challenging environmental conditions. Its advanced combination of Methylated Modified Seed Oil (MSO) and organosilicone surfactants improve droplet deposition, spreading, retention, and penetration on the target surface, maximizing product uptake and biological performance.

The formulation helps reduce droplet evaporation under high temperatures and low humidity and improves rainfastness when precipitation occurs shortly after application. By optimizing coverage and cuticular penetration, Extremo ensures more efficient delivery of crop protection products and more consistent field performance, even under demanding application conditions.

Mode of action

Extremo enhances spray performance through three complementary mechanisms that optimize product delivery from the nozzle to the target surface.

Evaporation Reduction

The methylated seed oil (MSO) component protects spray droplets against evaporation during application, helping maintain droplet size and integrity under conditions of high temperatures, low humidity, and wind.

Improved Coverage and Spreading

The organosilicone emulsifier technology rapidly reduces surface tension, allowing droplets to spread more efficiently and achieve greater coverage across the leaf surface.

Enhanced Penetration

The synergistic combination of MSO and organosilicone improves cuticular penetration, facilitating the movement of active ingredients into plant tissues and enhancing product uptake and efficacy.

This triple-action technology maximizes the performance of fungicides, herbicides, insecticides, biostimulants, and foliar fertilizers, particularly under challenging environmental conditions.

The optimal enhancer for graminicides and other emulsifiable concentrates (EC), providing anti-evaporation, penetration and translocation properties.

It is a thermodynamically stable microemulsion, specifically designed to increase the stability of highly complex tank mixes used in modern agriculture. Rizospray Integrum does not separate into phases, thus preventing the stratification of products in the spray solution.

Mode of action

Rizospray Integrum improves spray application quality through its advanced formulation of highly concentrated surfactants and methylated seed oil (MSO). When mixed inside the tank, these components drastically lower the surface tension of the spray droplets, causing them to spread widely upon hitting the weed's waxy surface for maximum coverage. Additionally, the oil molecules form a protective shield that slows down water evaporation under hot or dry conditions, keeping the droplet in a liquid state on the leaf for a longer period. This prevents the active herbicide ingredient from crystallizing prematurely, giving it the necessary time to remain active and available for plant absorption.

Once the droplet settles, the methylated oil enhances penetration by temporarily softening and dissolving the lipophilic waxes of the plant's cuticle, which is the toughest natural barrier against agricultural inputs. By dissolving this outer layer, Integrum creates a direct pathway that allows the active ingredients (such as graminicides) to enter the plant tissues rapidly and translocate throughout its system before environmental factors can degrade them. Furthermore, its sophisticated emulsifier system chemically stabilizes the tank mix, preventing insoluble products from separating or settling out, which ensures a perfectly uniform dosage from the first to the last gallon sprayed.

Rizospray Water Conditioner is designed to improve spray water quality and maximize the effectiveness of crop protection applications. Its powerful cation-sequestering technology binds calcium, magnesium, iron, aluminum, and other ions that can negatively impact the performance of pesticides and other agricultural inputs.

In addition, its advanced buffering system adjusts and stabilizes spray solution pH within the optimal range of 4.5 to 6.5, helping preserve product stability and efficacy throughout the application process. By improving water quality before mixing, Rizospray Water Conditioner provides the ideal foundation for more reliable, effective, and consistent spray performance.

Mode of action

Rizospray Water Conditioner improves spray water quality by addressing two of the most important factors affecting application performance: water hardness and pH.

Cation Sequestration

Its advanced cation-binding technology neutralizes calcium (Ca²⁺), magnesium (Mg²⁺), iron (Fe³⁺), aluminum (Al³⁺), and other antagonistic ions that can reduce the effectiveness of crop protection products.

pH Optimization and Buffering

The formulation incorporates a powerful buffering system that stabilizes the pH above 4.5.

By conditioning water before mixing, it creates an optimal spray environment that maximizes the efficacy and consistency of crop protection treatments.

Eco Rizospray is a highly effective surfactant and wetting agent formulated to improve the performance of crop protection applications. Based on ethoxylated monobranched fatty alcohol (AGE), it enhances droplet spreading, coverage, and adhesion on leaf surfaces, improving contact between the spray solution and the target.

Its high active ingredient concentration and excellent dispersion properties contribute to superior spray solution quality and stability. In addition, its biodegradable formulation supports sustainable agricultural practices while helping maximize the efficacy of applied crop protection products through improved coverage and uniform deposition.

* Not currently registered in the USA or Canada. Regulatory approval required before commercialization.

Mode of action

Eco Rizospray improves spray performance by optimizing droplet behavior from deposition through coverage on the target surface.

Reduced Contact Angle

The formulation rapidly lowers the contact angle of spray droplets, improving wetting and reducing runoff, which helps retain more active ingredients on the target surface.

Enhanced Spreading

Once deposited, droplets spread quickly and uniformly across the leaf surface, increasing the treated area and improving interaction between the active ingredient and the target.

Improved Droplet Distribution

Eco Rizospray helps to homogenize droplet size and to increase the contact surface area, promoting more efficient coverage and allowing effective performance even at lower spray volumes.

Together, these mechanisms improve spray deposition, coverage, and treatment efficiency while maximizing the performance of crop protection products.
